About Us

Our Ocean is a coalition of conservationists, scientists, ocean users, local leaders and business people from around the state working to preserve Oregon’s coastal legacy.

Oregon’s scenic coastline and rich marine waters are world class, and part of our shared natural heritage. Our Ocean believes that, by establishing a network of marine reserves and protected areas, Oregonians can ensure that this coastal legacy will be here for future generations.
